Noel Monks, an Australian journalist, was the London Daily Mail's War Correspondent with the RAF in France during the hectic weeks of the retreat to Dunkirk by the BEF. This is the story of the part played by two RAF Hurricane squadrons, 1 Squadron and 73 Squadron.
